Fiber Selection Criterion
Table 4-6 lists the criteria for selecting optical fibers. Table 4-7 lists common optical connectors.

l The optical transmitting module of the multi-mode is connected to
the multimode fiber.
l The optical transmitting module of the single-mode is connected to
the single mode fiber.
NOTE
If the optical fiber jumper is used, the connector connected to the device must be
the LC/PC connector, and the connector connected to the remote end must be of
the same type as the remote end interface.
